Music Sheet ScannOne

Privacy Policy

Music Sheet ScannOne turns paper scores into a pocket library — scan a page, straighten the staff, crop the margins, and keep parts on your iPhone. This page explains what we may access, what stays in your private music folder, and what we never pass to publishers or repertoire-data brokers.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Music Sheet ScannOne mobile app on the Apple App Store and to public pages hosted on this domain. It is written for players using the app and visitors reading this page.

Information

Music Sheet ScannOne does not require your legal name, email, phone, mailing address, ensemble ID, or payment card for core scanning tools.

Score titles, page photos, crop marks, and folder labels you add remain for your in-app experience. We do not repurpose them for targeted advertising or resale.

Remote Content

When the app opens optional public material — for example a linked policy page — it may load that content from a public URL. Those pages are generic; nothing from your private music folder is sent upstream.

Camera

Music Sheet ScannOne requests camera or photo library access only when you choose to scan or import a page. Contacts, microphone, and location stay unused unless a future feature clearly needs them and this policy is updated.

Device

Scans and folders stay in on-device storage. Diagnostics you voluntarily share with Apple follow Apple’s privacy terms.

Hosting

Infrastructure partners operate this policy page and any public routes on this domain. They may retain traffic logs needed for security and uptime under their own practices.

Minors

Music Sheet ScannOne is meant for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact App Store support if a minor saved data by mistake and we will help clear it where we can.

Retention & Security

Scores you keep in Music Sheet ScannOne remain under your control on your device. Delete pages in-app or uninstall to wipe local storage.

We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted assets. No service is perfectly secure — treat scanned parts like a locked music stand, not a public score library.

Your Choices

Leave Music Sheet ScannOne whenever you choose. Revoke camera or network access in iOS Settings for a tighter offline folder where supported.

Updates

We may revise this policy as Music Sheet ScannOne evolves. The date above marks substantive changes. Continued use after an update accepts the new terms where law permits.

Contact

Privacy questions about Music Sheet ScannOne may be sent through the App Store support channel or the developer contact on the product page.
